Vivino is probably one of the most popular and used apps in the alcoholic beverage segment and the numbers speak for themselves. However, you can find ratings for other alcoholic beverages such as beer, cider, gin, and vodka. Of course, you can have fun photographing detergent labels and the like, but it won’t work. Oh, if you could only do this with a restaurant’s wine list … well, Vivino does that, too. Photographing the wine’s label suffices and soon you may access information such as the general classification of this wine according to the evaluation of other users, average price, similar wines and a short summary of the corresponding wine region.
